1 recïpe cïlântro lïme câulïflower rïce
1 lb shredded chïcken breâsts
1 cup sâlsâ your fâvorïte one
1 tbsp tâco seâsonïng
1 cup shredded Mexïcân blend cheese
1 âvocâdo slïced
1 lârge lïme slïced ïnto 4
1 smâll onïon dïced
1 cup sour creâm
1 jâlâpeno pepper slïced
1 red pepper slïced
1/4 cup fresh cïlântro

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Mâke the rïce per the recïpe.

2. Whïle the rïce ïs cookïng, mâke ând shred the chïcken per thât recïpe.

3. Drâïn the pân ând return the shredded chïcken to ït.

4. Add sâlsâ ând tâco seâsonïng to the chïcken ând sïmmer over low heât, stïrrïng untïl combïned ând thoroughly heâted.

5. Dïvïde rïce ïnto 4 bowls.

6. Top eâch bowl of rïce wïth 1/4 of the remâïnïng ïngredïents: chïcken, cheese, âvocâdo, lïme (you cân squeeze the juïce over the bowl), onïon, sour creâm, jâlâpeno ând red pepper. Or âny combïnâtïon of these ïngredïents dependïng upon tâste.
