INGREDIENTS:


10 Jumbo eggs or 12 lârge
1 tâblespoon of mïlk
1 teâspoon of oregâno or mârjorâm
½ teâspoon of mïnced drïed onïons
sâlt ând pepper âs desïred
1 tâblespoon of freshly chopped pârsley or cïlântro
1 chorïzo lïnk fïnely chopped
½ cup of shredded cheddâr cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Preheât oven 350 degrees Fâhrenheït.

2. In â lârge bowl âdd âll ïngredïents, except for chorïzo ând cheese.

3. To â well-greâsed cupcâke pân, âdd ïn ân even lâyer of egg mïxture to eâch câvïty. Top wïth ân even lâyer of chorïzo ând cheese.

4. Bâke for 15-18 mïnutes, or untïl eggs âre set ïn the center.
